The Good Girls: Myth or Rarity in Nowadays Sofia?!

Strolling across the bars and the pubs in Sofia, everyone starts to wonder if the species ‘good girls’ really exist or the market offers solely the party girls and the goldseekers!
So to be sure that you have found a representative of the vanishing species, we will disclose some features to recognize them!
The good girls…
They rarely drink and if they do it is in a way refined and tempered. They will not start talking proudly over their drinking adventures on the next day. They will be discreet and during the toasts you can not see a good girl to propose a toast after toast, drinking a glass after glass!
They often do not know many of the company and when they are presented to the men they get embarrassed and nervous!
They will never stand up on the table and the chairs demonstrating their abilities of belly-dancers or strippers. Their dances are more moderate but feminine all the way!
A great part of these ladies is not very popular among the other girls just because they are considered swanky and ‘prima donnas’. It is just that they find their place a little bit harder!
It is rare to see a good girl to close the club after dawn. She will more often go away around 2-3 o’clock in order to get enough sleep before work. This does not mean that she did not freely enjoy the time!
The gatherings are not their daytime priorities in the workdays and not even in the weekends. They prefer smaller companies and they do not pay much attention where is the next concert of the pop-folk diva Preslava – most often the young ladies go out to birthday parties of their girl friends and after a dispute with their beloved ones.
The buying of a drink by an unknown man is not a gesture that they will accept from everyone. The chance for the usual tricks to work out is really small!
Another obvious sign is the desire to pay attention to everyone – to the people around, and to the people calling on the phone. Their beloved ones usually murmur more, but these girls just don’t loose their good temper.
They are always well dressed and look charming. It is obvious that they take care of themselves and their perfumes are always subtle but impressive – just like the nice music that you have to listen to more carefully in order to discover the joy of it. Their aroma is not of vodka and cigarettes, and many times they don’t even smoke.
They always greet everyone – with their arrival, as well as with their departure! The good manners are something that can not be confused.
I ought to tell you that 95% of these ladies are in a serious relationship and the other 5% are most often suffering after a long and difficult separation!
If you happen to find some of these characteristics in a young lady in the clubs of Sofia, do not try to impress her with the trivial things, which work just fine in other cases.
Be a gentleman, be confident, kind and understanding, and she will always answer in a nice way to your compliment or your charm, if you deserve it. And the answer will be more real than you have expected. Who knows what the next step will be?..
